Mummy Tag Necklace/Bracelet will have enough room for one child's
details so for more than one child Additional Tags will need to
be purchased. A main tag set like this must be purchased prior to
purchasing any additional name tags.**
All
birthdates are entered as two digits separated with a dot as shown
in the picture. Please enter your Child's Name and Birthdate in
the Message Box at Checkout. As
this is a highly personalised piece of handcrafted bespoke jewellery
please check your details are correct. As it is a personalised product
it is non-returnable.
Your
tags will arrive enclosed in a ziplock bag with anti-tarnish strip
and packaged in a reusable aluminium tin. If you wish to upgrade
to our luxury pink or black gift boxes for an additional £2.95
then please add this below. A complimentary silver cleaning cloth
is included.
Due
to the fantastic response to this range and that it is so individually
crafted orders are approx. 5 weeks ... usually quicker! If your
order is required by a specific date, please let us know & we
